Our practice has been providing quality dental care from our purpose-built premises since 1984.
With three experienced dentists and two hygienists, we cover all aspects of modern preventative and restorative dentistry.
We are members of the Australian Dental Association and have been fully accredited.
Convenient location
We are conveniently located in a medical center at 1304 Samford Road, close to the Ferny Grove railway station. There is onsite parking and ground level easy access.

Dr Kate Collins BDSc(Hons)(Qld) PostgradDip Implants
Principal Dentist
Dr Kate Collins graduated from the University of Queensland with honours in 2013 and completed post-graduate studies in Dental Implant surgery through Charles Sturt University and the Australian Dental Association in 2015.
Kate attended St Andrew’s Catholic primary school in Ferny Grove and loves being back in the community she grew up in. She spent several years working in Cairns in North Queensland before returning to Brisbane in 2017. She loves building genuine and longstanding relationships with her patients and wants to help her patients get the best dental health possible through the prevention of dental disease and high-quality dental work.
Her interests are in restorative, family, and preventive dentistry. She also has extra skills in wisdom teeth removal and dental implants.
In her spare time Kate enjoys exploring the wilderness and camping with her family.

Dr Tony Sheppard BDSc(Hons)(Qld)
Dentist
Tony graduated from the University of QLD in 1984. Before joining the practice in 1990, Tony spent five years working for Queensland Health in remote parts of the state, for the School Dental and Hospital Services.
His interests are in restorative and cosmetic dentistry with an emphasis on achieving an attractive and maintainable dentition. Tony also consults for patients requiring advice and treatment for snoring and sleep apnoea.
He is committed to constant improvement in techniques and technology and is a member of the Australian Dental Association.
In his spare time Tony enjoys travel, hiking, swimming, and relaxing with his family.

Dr Tara Rassam BDentHSc, MDent (Griffith)
Dentist
Dr Tara Rassam graduated from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Dental Health Science and a Master of Dentistry with Distinction. Tara has displayed dedication to her studies and has been a high achiever during her university education. She received the Griffith University Award for Academic Excellence during each year of her studies and was awarded the School of Medicine and Dentistry’s Dean of Dentistry Medal for academic excellence in her graduating year.
Tara has a very kind and caring nature, and she enjoys taking the time to get to know her patients. She understands that dental visits can be daunting, so she aims to create a comfortable and trusting environment for her patients, to ensure that they receive the highest quality of care.
Tara was previously living on the Gold Coast where she completed her dental degree and has recently moved back to Brisbane to be closer to her family. In her spare time, Tara enjoys traveling, playing tennis, heading back to the beach and spending time with friends.

Mrs Theresa Do B(OH)
Hygienist and Oral Health Therapist
Theresa graduated from the University of Qld in 2009 and worked in private practice before joining our team in 2011. Theresa provides a gentle and thorough clean and educates patients to achieve optimal dental hygiene. Theresa also enjoys working with children and performs routine dentistry on school aged children.

Mrs Trina Do B(OH)
Hygienist and Oral Health Therapist
Trina spent time in America studying before graduating from Griffith University in Dental Hygiene. She is friendly and very gentle. She enjoys getting to know her patients and educating them on oral hygiene practices.
She enjoys travelling and spending time with friends and family.
